Mr. Lokesh Mastare was born and raised in Hanbal, a town in the Sakleshpur taluk. He received his basic education in Sakleshpur and pursued his higher secondary schooling and college education in Kanakapura and Vijipura near Devanahalli.

Mr. Mastare is a successful coffee planter and entrepreneur with a career spanning 35 years. Throughout his professional journey, he has worked with numerous organizations and associations. Currently, he serves as the President of the Sakleshpur Resort Owners Association.

His previous positions include:

President of the Village Forest Committee
Vice President of the Hanbal Planters Association
